I represent clients as defense lawyer as well as counsel of: injured party, auxiliary prosecutor and private or subsidiary accuser. Case by case, I also advise if a litigation is necessary or an alternative dispute resolution measures (such as mediation) could be applied

I prepare cassations to the Supreme Court and requests to re-open closed proceedings

In relatively less complex cases, I support clients who feel capable of running their litigations alone, by preparing notification of crime, motions for prosecutions, motions for evidence, court briefs in course of the proceedings and appeals
I train firms on how to act in case of a police search, detention of employees or seizure of firm’s assets (e.g. IT equipment).

I represent trademark owners in cases involving counterfeits. Many of them are being solved (including monetary compensation) in pre-trial phase (through negotiations), which is a more time and cost - effective way. It is also more satisfactory for both sides and often discouraging from further trademark infringements. However if necessary, I represent clients in preliminary and court proceedings, including claims for damages
I am also keen on cases of individuals repressed for their political activity for independence of Poland between 1944 – 1989 and other historical cases such as seeking for pecuniary awards on behalf of persons exported to Siberia during the II World War. All this type of cases I do on pro publico bono basis
